Recipe Book is a Book Informational Window that displays information about the Crafting Basics, Crafting Skills and will contain all currently known Recipes for the Avatar.
The Recipe Book can be accessed by pressing the (default) b key.

Crafting Basics
There are three rings of Crafting:
Gathering, Refining and Production

Gathering is collecting raw resources
that can be used in crafting.
This is the innermost ring on the crafting
Sigil and includes:
Mining, Forestry, Agriculture, Field Dressing,
and Foraging.
