The town capacity field stores a numeric Player Owned Town lot-area allowance in square meters. Enter the number without commas or a unit—for example, 12600—only when it has been verified for that town.
This value is not the physical area of the scene and is not the tier name. Record a tier such as Holdfast, City, or Teralopolis in the separate town tier field. Leave the capacity field blank when the current numeric allowance is unknown.
Town capacities and upgrade terms can change. The official Player Owned Towns page is the starting point for current tier and upgrade information.
