A City is a Player Owned Town size above a Town and below a Metropolis. This town tier is distinct from a City lot or City-level house. The size controls town-management allowances, but does not by itself determine the physical dimensions of the selected scene.
Current allowances
The official Player Guide for Release 148 lists these limits for a City:[1]
| NPC buildings | NPCs | General decorations | Lights | Containers | Broadcast-phonograph songs |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 12 | 20 | 750 | 150 | 6 | 7 |
The official POT page lists City among the available tiers and explains that an existing town can be upgraded through the owner's account page or with COTOs through support.[2]
This article needs verification. (Specific reason: Confirm the current lot-area allowance, included management assets, and purchase or upgrade cost. These values can change independently of the decoration limits above.)
