Town pages document player communities and their settlements. Community records belong in the Community: namespace and use Template:TownData so they can appear in the community town directory.

Create or update a town page

  1. Open Form:TownData.
  2. Enter the town's public name. The form creates or edits Community:Town Name.
  3. Complete only fields you can support. Leave an unknown value blank or select Unknown where the form offers it.
  4. Add useful free text, such as community contacts, resident guidance, activities, or an official website.
  5. Preview the page before saving and confirm that the data box and any town-arms image render correctly.

The form records manually maintained community information; it does not import current game data. Leaders, membership counts, and other changing fields should be dated or reviewed periodically.

Page content

A useful town page may include:

  • how prospective residents can contact the community;
  • the town's focus, events, services, and resident expectations;
  • directions and connections to nearby scenes;
  • a brief history, clearly separated from current information;
  • appropriate categories, such as Category:Player owned towns.

Do not publish private personal information, unsupported accusations, exploits, cheats, or content unrelated to the town. Write neutrally enough that another community editor can maintain the page later.
