Use

You will need to have the Lute of Discordant Notes equipped in the Instrument Slot, in the Character Sheet. You then will need any Sheet Music placed in your hot bar.
Activating any sheet music, with the Lute of Discordant Notes equipped, will apply the Chaotic Music effect on the player and near by allies in a party.
