Belt of the Brutal Butcher, Common can be obtained from the Recover or Use Duplicate Key(s) daily quest in Lord British's Castle (Invasion). It also can be obtained as loot from Barbarian Archers[1] and Dyrand. The drop rate is higher from the higher tier creatures.
Crafting[edit]
Template:Salvage The Imbued Jewel of the Expedient Skinner can be socketed into a non-artifact crafted Ring and Necklace items, with the recipe Recipe: Imbued Jewel Socketed Ring or Amulet.
The chance for this item to be yielded from salvaging, depends on the tier type of the item salvaged. Artifact Salvaging Chance to yield an Imbued Gem or Jewel:
