A Town Crier is an NPC who provides information about the settlement in which the crier is stationed. Town criers can help visitors learn the town's name and ask about available housing.[1]
The exact dialogue and services may depend on the scene. Some NPC-town criers have historically participated in the Deliver the mail side quest.
This article needs verification. (Specific reason: Confirm which town types currently have a Town Crier, whether interaction still opens a complete lot listing, whether the first-conversation gold reward remains available, and which criers offer Deliver the mail.)
