A Town is a Player Owned Town size above a Crossroads Village and below a City. This page describes the POT tier; see Town for settlement types in general. The size controls town-management allowances, but does not by itself determine the physical dimensions of the selected scene.
Current allowances
The official Player Guide for Release 148 lists these limits for a Town:[1]

The official POT page lists Town among the available tiers and explains that an existing town can be upgraded through the owner's account page or with COTOs through support.[2]
