Row Lot Deed is the general article for deeds that claim Row lots. Traditional Row lots measure 10 by 15 meters.[1]

Official Release 63 documentation distinguished Player-Owned Town Row deeds from unrestricted Row deeds and documented Crown-based deed upgrades.[2] Exact prices and upgrade routes are not reproduced here because they have changed over time.
