Deed, Row (POT, Taxed, No Trade) is a taxed Player-Owned Town Row Lot Deed that cannot be traded in its base form.

Release 62 moved the free Player-Owned Town Row deed reward to completion of any Outskirts quest line and described the reward as limited to once per account.[1] This is historical documentation; the current trigger and restrictions still need an in-game check.
