Lot deed upgrades use Crowns of the Obsidians to change eligible Lot Deeds. The deed must be available in the player's inventory for the upgrade interface.
Release 63 documented size and type upgrades, including movement between Player-Owned Town and unrestricted categories, taxable and tax-free types, and some land and water variants.[1] Later releases added more water-deed upgrade destinations.[2]
The former table on this page recorded prices reported in September 2020. It has been removed because upgrade routes and prices have changed, and it should not be presented as a current price list. Use the in-game upgrade interface as the authoritative source until a release-stamped export is available.
