Deed, Row (POT, Taxed) is a taxed, Player-Owned Town Row property deed. It is intended for Row-size lots in Player Owned Towns rather than unrestricted town placement.
Official Release 63 documentation listed the Player Owned Town Row Lot Deed separately from the unrestricted Row Lot Deed in the deed-upgrade hierarchy.[1] Crown pricing shown on older versions of this article has been removed because deed prices were subsequently reduced and the current price has not been verified.[2]
