Ras'al'horag is a high level Lich located in the lowest level of Ruins of Ravensmoor (in a room whose point-of interest marker is called the "Throne Room").

Behind his throne is a chest with a Dragonbone Throne.

This lich drops the following unique loot items:

• Blueprint: Stone Dungeon Room (Undead Ravensmoor)
• Skull Sword
