This item is craftable using the Blacksmithing recipe of Recipe: Chainmail Chest Armor at Blacksmithing Station.

Copper Chainmail Chest Armor is the Copper-wire variation of crafted Chainmail Chest Armor. The material-based crafting system gives equipment a prefix based on its primary material, so using Coil of Copper Wire produces the Copper Chainmail Chest Armor name.

Crafting

The current Chainmail Chest Armor recipe recorded on SotAwiki uses nine Coils of Metal Wire, three Cloth or Leather Straps, and two Chunks of Coal. Substituting Copper wire as the primary component creates this variation. The Copper wire page records a +0.5% Base Weapon Damage material bonus, while the straps can add further bonuses; the finished values should be checked in-game.

Older Community pages record a formula using six Copper coils, three straps, two Iron Sheets, and two Chunks of Coal. They remain useful historical records, but their quantities and sheet component should not be treated as the current recipe without verification.
