Vanguard Ruins was added with Release 22.
History
The town was previously known as Kelfazin. Its earlier community page records Jatvardur as its leader and describes Mbomber's purchase of the town as a contribution to Jatvardur's guild and player-owned-town alliance. The Vanguard Ruins name was recorded there in September 2015, shortly before the town's official addition in Release 22.
