Chaos Resistance is the school-specific defensive value associated with Chaos Magic. It participates in resistance checks against Chaos effects, but it should not be read as a guaranteed percentage reduction to every Chaos-school effect.

Changing Chaos Resistance

Equipment, consumables, blessings, debuffs, and effects that grant Chaos Resistance or general Magic Resistance may change the displayed value. Chaos has no paired warding skill in the established eight-school warding set. The current combination rules and coefficients require verification.

The older wiki page stated that base Chaos Resistance was exactly half of overall Chaos Attunement. The available current official audit does not confirm that equation, so it is retained as a verification question rather than presented as the current formula.
