Pet Equipment

Template:Infobox Template:Tocright Pet Equipment are items than can be equipped on any Tamed Pet or Summoned Pet. These items can be equipped in the Pet Character Sheet window.

• Each Pet has 3 different slots for equipment: Accessory, Collar and Toy. Each slot can hold one item.
• Once Pet Equipment is equipped on any Pet creature, all Tamed Pets and Summoned Pets of that avatar will have the same items equipped until the pet equipment is changed. In other words, if you equip a Toy for your Tamed Pet, dismiss the tamed pet, and summon an Earth Elemental, then the earth elemental will have that same toy equipped.

Pet Equipment can be classified based on whether it is crafted or is a Ephemeral Relic.

Ephemeral Relic Pet Equipment

Ephemeral Relics are rare items that are found as loot. Some of these relics are pet equipment. These relics have low durability and cannot be repaired. Based on limited data gathered by players, the pet equipment relics seem to drop as loot from the creatures listed below.

• Leather Ball of Daemon Slaying - drops from Reapers, Zombies, and Ghosts, especially in Oracle Colossus, Spindelskog, Ulfheim, Despair, and the Kas Ruins.
• Leather Ball of Dragon Slaying - drops from Lich Mages (maybe other Liches as well, and possibly Skeletons), especially in The Fall, Tartarus, Ravensmoor and The Outlaws' Run.
• Leather Ball of Elf Slaying - drops from Kobolds, especially in The Breach, Mysterious Swamp, K'rul, Spectral Peaks, and The Outlaws' Run.
• Leather Collar of Kobold Slaying - drops from Elves, especially in The Obsidian Panopticon, The Rise, The Fall, and Lord British's Castle.
• Leather Collar of Elemental Slaying - drops from K'kongg and other clockwork creatures (such as Clockwork Attack Cats, Clockwork Attack Raven, Shock Monkey Gamma, etc), especially in Tartarus, Grusk, K'rul, Mysterious Swamp, and Blood Bay.
• Leather Collar of Giant Slaying - drops from Ancient Undead especially in Despair.
• Leather Harness of Animal Slaying - drops from Barbarians - especially in Ulfheim, Jotungrund, Grannus Colossus, and Ruins of Utheim.
• Leather Harness of Plant Slaying - drops from
  • Trolls - especially in Ruined Keep, Troll's Bridge, and Ravensmoor.
  • Daemons - especially in Northwest Blackblade Mountains and The Breach.
  • It has also been dropping in Tanglemire and The Obsidian Panopticon, although from what creature is unclear.
• Leather Harness of Undead Slaying - drops from
  • Wyverns - especially in Well of Aldur, Ulfheim, and Ruins of Utheim.
  • Dragons - especially in Myrkur, Northwest Blackblade Mountains, and The Rise.

Crafted Pet Equipment

This form of pet equipment is crafted by the Avatar. This crafted pet equipment can be repaired with a Minor Repair (but cannot be repaired with a Major Repair). The recipes for the components and for the equipment are found as loot in the following locations.

  • Copper Studded Strip of Leather drops from Satyrs and Fauns in Spectral Peaks.
  • Iron Studded Strip of Leather drops from Liches and Skeletons in Despair.

  • Leather Harness of Speed - drops from Elves in Shaminian Hills.
  • Chain Harness of Resistance - drops from Invaders and Chests in Lord British’s Castle.
  • Leather Collar of Motivation - drops from Barbarians and the Frost Giant in Jotungrund.
  • Leather Collar of Warding drops from Kobolds in Norgard Fens.
  • Leather Ball of Haste - drops from Bandits and Druid in The Outlaws' Run.
  • Leather Ball of Dodging - drops Bandits in Longfall Woods.
