North Drachvald Spur is located in the Sirens mountains in the Drachvald region in the northeastern section of Novia.

The area is home to a group of bandits who have been ambushing supply convoys using rock slides. The area will also feature the remnants of an abandoned mine, and a mysterious watchtower. The terrain features a ridge line of mountains to the east, which are predominant enough to appear on the overworld map.^[1]

Trivia

North Drachvald Spur first appeared in Release 27 as a clone of the Whiteguard Foothills. It was rebuilt to go live as a new scene in Release 39.
The biome has been inspired by the mountains of the pacific northwest United States, specifically Mt Rainier in Washington.
The mysterious watchtower is part of our new efforts to add higher tier enemies (Tier 6+) to maps that players can discover and/or trigger. In this case there is a signal fire that will trigger a high level bandit attack.^[2]
