This Female Town Crier NPC helps players locate town property lots by providing a list of all available and claimed lots in a Player Owned Town. Also, players may choose to make this town crier their bind point for Recall Scrolls.
NOTE: This item can only be placed by a Governor or Steward of a Player-Owned Town.
NOTE: This item counts towards the town NPC limit.

Included with a player owned town, this allows you to place a Town Crier NPC. The default name for this NPC is Becky.
