Market Lot is a 10-by-8-meter lot designed for small open-air commercial spaces. It was introduced as a smaller type than the traditional Row lot.

At introduction, Market lots supported one NPC but no basement or player dungeon. Existing deeds of larger sizes could claim them, and taxed Market deeds were sold through the Crown Store. Current prices are intentionally omitted pending an in-game check.
