This unique Lord Town Waterfront Houseboat, reserved for Founders at the Lord tier or higher, is a two-story, waterfront houseboat that features two vast rooms on each floor, a private bedroom on the second floor, and a large, first floor front deck, with two cozy back decks.
Planned sailing
Ship-home sailing is switched off. This is one of nine water ship homes prepared for sailing, but players cannot sail it yet. The planned system starts from the lot sign and keeps decorations and usable furnishings aboard; shallow harbours unable to float larger galleons may accommodate the houseboat.[1]
