The housing system lets players claim a Lot with a Lot Deed and customize it with a home, decorations, a Basement, planting beds, and—where supported—a Player Dungeon.

Getting started

1. Obtain a lot deed appropriate for the desired lot type and size.
2. Find an available Property Marker.
3. Claim the lot through the marker interface.
4. Place compatible housing and other property features.

Exact controls, permissions, availability, and account restrictions can change and should be checked in game. Official Release 63 documented the Crown-based deed-upgrade system and the distinction between Player-Owned Town and unrestricted deeds.
