A basement is a separate housing area connected to a claimed Lot through a compatible basement entrance and deed. It can be used independently of the home placed on the lot and decorated as an interior space.

Basement size must be compatible with the lot. Management and storage are handled through the property interfaces, including the Property Manager. Exact controls and acquisition sources should be confirmed in the current client.
