Guard Tower is a pre-decorated NPC building introduced for placement in Player Owned Towns. At its Release 21 introduction, it was one of the cosmetic buildings supplied to town owners and could not be customized like a player house.
History
Release 21 described the first NPC buildings as an early iteration. NPC placement was not yet functional, and placement limits controlled how many could be used at once.
