A Gigalopolis is a Player Owned Town size above a Megalopolis and below a Teralopolis. The size is an administrative tier: it controls town-management allowances, but does not by itself determine the physical dimensions of the selected scene.
Current allowances
The official Player Guide for Release 148 lists these limits for the tier it labels “Gigapolis”; the current official POT page names the tier “Gigalopolis.”[1]
| NPC buildings | NPCs | General decorations | Lights | Containers | Broadcast-phonograph songs |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 42 | 60 | 1,800 | 360 | 15 | 11 |
The official POT page lists Gigalopolis among the available tiers and explains that an existing town can be upgraded through the owner's account page or with COTOs through support.[2]
This article needs verification. (Specific reason: Confirm the current in-game tier label, lot-area allowance, included management assets, and purchase or upgrade cost. The Player Guide and store currently use different spellings for this tier.)
Help verify this page. You do not need to edit anything.
