The pirate village of Smokehaven in the Ember Isles during development.

The Ember Isles are a group of volcanic islands reached through The Great Sea. Smokehaven, a shared pirate village introduced with live build 358 on November 5, 2026, is the first documented destination in the isles.

Travel

Players can approach supported destinations aboard a player-controlled vessel. Ferry captains in Central Brittany, Kingsport, and Ardoris also provide free passage to the Ember Isles. See Sailing for vessel controls, crew travel, and the launch-era arrival limitation.
