Earth Resistance is the school-specific defensive value associated with Earth Magic. It participates in resistance checks against Earth effects, but it should not be read as a guaranteed percentage reduction to all Earth damage.^[1]

Changing Earth Resistance

Earth Warding is designed to raise Earth Resistance while reducing Earth Attunement. Equipment, consumables, blessings, debuffs, and effects that grant Earth Resistance or general Magic Resistance may also change the displayed value. The current combination rules and coefficients require verification.

The older wiki page stated that base Earth Resistance was exactly half of overall Earth Attunement. The available current official audit does not confirm that equation, so it is retained as a verification question rather than presented as the current formula.
