Crew Drill

Not yet available: Crew Drill belongs to the switched-off Seafaring school. It cannot be learned or used.

Crew Drill is a planned skill for a vessel's crew. Its implementation counts only characters whom the game server recognizes as standing aboard that vessel; a nearby player on a dock or in the water does not qualify merely by proximity.

The public source confirms the planned deck-membership rule but does not publish the skill's exact bonus. Its effect and scaling should be documented only after the school opens.
