Consumable Power Bonus

This article needs verification. (Specific reason: The exact consumables affected, calculation, stacking behavior, interaction with Elixir Receptiveness penalties, and current item values need in-game verification. Existing SotAwiki pages disagree about whether food and non-potion drinks are affected.)

Consumable Power Bonus is an effect that changes the strength of some consumed-item effects. A positive value is provided by the Elixir Receptive skill and Elixir of Potency, while Potion of Restoration, Aether lists a negative value.
How it is used
The Elixir Receptive skill describes Consumable Power Bonus as increasing the effectiveness of many potions while excluding food and non-potion drinks. The Elixir of Potency article describes its bonus more broadly as affecting potions, foods, and drinks. This scope conflict requires direct in-game testing.
The potion-system update in Release 92 introduced stacking Elixir Receptiveness penalties for Health, Focus, and Restoration potions. The official notes explain that these penalties can reduce existing potion buffs, but they do not identify whether “Consumable Power Bonus” is the client-facing statistic used in every part of that calculation.[1]
