Slightly increases the effectiveness/power of many potions. It does not increase the power of foods & non-potion drinks.

If you train the Elixir Receptive skill, the Elixir Extension skill will be automatically set to untrain (if it has bean learned). This mechanic is designed to allow a player to benefit from either Elixir Receptive or Elixir Extension, but not both at the same time. If you are unable to train Elixir Receptive, make sure that Elixir Extension (if it has been learned) has been set to untrain.
