Water Fishing Bait Recovery Chance

Water Fishing Bait Recovery Chance is determined by your base level (see Bait Recovery skill) and by using any items that have the "Water Fishing Bait Recovery Chance" effect bonus.

In other words, the "Water Fishing Bait Recovery Chance" effect from an item temporarily adds additional levels to those already achieved by your Bait Recovery skill.

The higher your Water Fishing Bait Recovery Chance, the less likely your bait will be consumed with each cast (thus allowing you to recover and re-use the bait).

The "Water Fishing Bait Recovery Chance" only affects bait recovery in water (i.e it does not affect bait recovery in lava; see Lava Bait Recovery Chance).
