The Virtue Recalibration Kit is consumed by the Skilled Hacker in Skrekk to adjust one of an avatar's Courage, Love, or Truth values. The system was introduced with Release 93.
At introduction, one kit could move a highly positive or negative value to a moderate value, or a moderate value to a low value. Low values could not be changed, and the Skilled Hacker allowed no more than one recalibration per avatar per day. Release 94 removed the kit's quest-item flag so that it could be traded and stored in containers.
