Spinning attack that hits multiple targets around player. Also creates significant aggro from all targets. Polearm Specialization adds a chance to apply an additional Bleed Effect to all targets, adds a damage avoidance debuff, and increases the duration of the debuff.
The damage-over-time inflicted by this skill (when specialized in polearms) is considered to be a Bleed Effect. For methods to cancel a bleed effect, see Bleed Effect.
