Shrine (Blessing of Learning) is a shrine located in Castle Atos. Walking into the pool area of the shrine will give you the Blessing of Learning. This buff only lasts while the avatar is within the Castle Atos zone (i.e. the blessing is removed when you leave the zone).
For details on this blessing, see Castle Atos Blessings.
