• A Satyr is a creature shaped by magic. These "crafted warriors" were originally human, but have little in common with their original form. Their intellect is limited, and are almost impossible to control.
• Satyr have the unique ability to 'smell' gold.
• In Template:BotA they are used to tear down fortified walls, and must be caged after battle.
• Fauns have a calming effect on satyrs, so were often used together.
