Now that I have the Geisterseelen, I need to decide who gets it. Should I go back to the entrance to the Broken Echoes Silver Mines at the South Broken Road and give it to the Orator of the nefarious League of Skulls? Or should I return to Resolute and hand it off to Mahrs of the virtuous but struggling Whiteguard? Either way, I'll make a friend with one and an enemy with another.
