Public Vendor

Public Vendor is a not owned by a player; however any player can list items for sale.

Public Vendor: You can place any item for sale with me, and set a price for it to be sold. After paying a small up-front fee (10% of the sale value, plus 10 gold), the item will be listed for sale for a maximum time period (7 days), or until you cancel the sale. Once an item is sold, I will send the proceeds to your bank here. If an item does not sell within the allotted time period, I will sell the item to a local merchant here for you as a courtesy, at the going merchant rate, and send the money from that sale to your bank. I can stock up to 10 items per player. My shelves will hold 4000 items in total. I can only hold so much! If you own your own property, you will be able to hire your own vendors which will not have these restrictions.
