Noella is a Fish Merchant located in a stall in the Merchant Plaza area in Aerie.
- Good day and well met. If you'd like to try something new, might I recommend local fish caught right off the Aerie docks. I sell fish in this stall in Town Square. I love this spot because I get to welcome new visitors to Aerie.
