Longwall is a section of Opalis's defensive wall in Blade of the Avatar. It runs between Fields Gate and Storm Gate and overlooks the approaches used by the Obsidian Empire during its attack on the city.

During the siege, Aren Bennis and Commander Trevan watched the advancing Westreach Army from the Longwall near the Storm Gate tower. After the fighting at Fields Gate, Aren and Syenna followed Muse Way to the barracks at the base of the wall.
