Journal
I met with Captain Kinsey in the Solace Bridge Outskirts. Her people here seem to be in trouble. I should offer my help to the captain when I get the chance.
Note
- This more of a generic quest that will stay in your journal to let you know you can speak to Captain Kinsey to receive more quests. You can also just speak to various other NPC's to receive further quests.
