It would seem that Phineas Drumplemouth trusts me, now. He revealed to me not only the existence of a vigilante manifesto, but also provided me with a copy. This is the evidence Alberic needs to convince the Captain Bearfield of the vigilante's guilt in the Blood River Massacre. I just have to decide if this is the choice I want to pursue.
