The peculiar satyr, Avitas, has asked me to retrieve something he called "black iron ore" from the Etceter Craig Mines, which is currently owned by a group of humans. He said I should go to the near by tavern in Etceter and ask Lady Ransom for information. Avitas said I must do this to obtain permission to reach Xenos and Artifice.
- You must finish this quest by speaking to Lady Ransom before going to the Etceter Crag Mines. When speaking to her, say proposition and Yes, I do pledge to complete this quest.
