Eye of Naturamans is a decoration item. This item can only be obtained when you have the Destroy Boletusporis Regem quest.
- This item is not found as loot. When you have the quest Destroy Boletusporis Regem and then kill the Boletusporis Regem, this will then summon a creature named Anti-Druid. Upon defeating the Anti-Druid, you will then receive this item into your inventory.
