By salvaging a Round Striped Metal Star Shield you can obtain this Eternal Pattern that can be used to make other items look like a Round Striped Metal Star Shield.
Eternal Patterns are items that are used in the crafting system to reshape the visuals of an existing item while preserving the functionality and data associated with that item. You can make exactly one item at a time from an Eternal Pattern. An Eternal Pattern can be removed and recovered by salvaging the item with the Eternal Pattern applied to it, or with a Pattern Remover item.
