Deellaakkanavaakka the Just, commonly called Deekka, was a druidess and collector of writings about justice. At the time of the Cataclysm, her four-story library held laws, legal proceedings, parables, poetry, and philosophy gathered from across the world and perhaps beyond it.
The library was lost during the Cataclysm. Deekka is believed to have survived but lost her sight. Its buried remains were later found by the brothers Speale and Lonnacker, allowing scholars to recover and transcribe some of its surviving texts.
