This article needs verification. (Specific reason: Confirm the current client label, damage type, scaling, resistance and mitigation rules, healing amount, proc target, and whether any current effects besides Drain Health use this statistic.)

See the talk page for details.
Death Damage is the damage statistic recorded for the proc On Hit (10%): Drain Health. That proc comes from Enchantment: Drain Health and is listed with a damage range of 1–12.
The name suggests an association with Death Magic, but the current damage type and its interaction with Death Resistance have not been documented. Likewise, the wiki record does not establish whether the health returned to the attacker equals the damage dealt.
Known sources
- On Hit (10%): Drain Health lists 1–12 Death Damage.
- Enchantment: Drain Health grants that on-hit proc to a weapon.
- Community:Chaos Grinder of Souls is a documented weapon carrying the enchantment and proc.
Verification needed
- Confirm the effect's exact current name and damage range in the client.
- Test which defenses and resistance values reduce the damage.
- Record how much health the attacker receives and whether that amount changes when damage is mitigated.
- Confirm the proc's valid targets and whether it can trigger from every weapon attack.
- Identify any other current items, skills, or creatures that use Death Damage.
