Bloody Bones is a hostile Undead roaming miniboss creature. This is one of the few creatures in-game that drop the Heavy Two-handed Axe as loot.
Lore from the Release 48 notes:
- We have added a new, roaming mini-boss: Bloody Bones! A servant to Mistress Valdis, this formidable undead monstrosity roams the land looking for victims in which to harvest their blood. Defeat Bloody Bones and there’s a chance you may acquire a little memento of the battle from him.[1]

The loot information stated is only a reference for known drops. The chance for these items to drop vary by creature and scene. Adv Exp stated is the default Adv Exp when in a scene in a Private instance.
