Bentham is an NPC associated with an early quest involving Anthracite Ore. Existing quest-template documentation places him inside Kingsport's Moon Tower and describes him asking the Avatar to gather the ore from nearby caves.
This article needs verification. (Specific reason: Confirm whether Bentham and the Anthracite Ore quest remain available in the current Kingsport scene, Bentham's exact location and title, and the current quest name and rewards. The surviving description comes from older template documentation.)
