Where Found

This banner is found Elysium Mines, where you must solve a puzzle and then complete the wave battle inside the Lost Brother's Palace. This will open the Blessing of Maintenance and open the sarcophagi. You will find the Banner in a chest inside one of the sarcophagi. This item will appear as a bag in your inventory. You will need to right-click on it and use it to obtain the Banner.
