Anaïs is an NPC in the Lost Vale. After completing one of the qualifying tasks in the Forlorn Skeleton's quest, an avatar can mention “Lost Vale” or “Crystal Ball” to receive a one-time Lost Vale Crystal Ball. The decoration indicates when the Lost Vale is available.
